Questions

Where does the data come from?

From Companies House, the official UK register of companies. It is public information, refreshed by us every day.

Which companies does it cover?

Companies registered in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Search by name or by company number.

How often are my clients checked?

Automatically once a day. Press Sync now on a company, or Sync all, whenever you want an answer straight away.

What happens if I go over my plan limit?

Nothing is deleted. Your companies stay monitored, you just cannot add more until you upgrade or remove some.

Is my client list private?

Yes. Your workspace and its alerts are visible only to the people you invite. The company data itself is public register information.
